Chocolate Souffle

It is my assertion that the Chocolate Souffle is the greatest dessert of all time. The textural pleasure: molten center meets toothy crust. Rich bittersweet chocolate, unblemished by flour. It is a dream come to life in chocolate.

Of course I remember Faces! I am pleased you think I could possibly be 18 in that picture; alas, that is my driver's license picture taken last December.
